Terms and conditions:

A down payment of $250 is due in advance, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the project and BEFORE publishing.
Website will be limited to one page and may have up to 5 sections.
Sections may include things like: text, images, galleries, video(s), forms, etc.
You will be asked to provide your company’s logo at the outset of the project. If you do not have a logo, one can be created for you for a flat rate of $150. (Note: We will only be responsible for uploading the file you provide us. If what you provide us is low resolution or pixelated, it will look the same on your website.)
Offer does not apply to e-commerce sites which involve much more customization and hours put into the project.
You are responsible for providing all text and images. We can provide text and images, but at an additional cost.
The majority of the communication throughout the project is expected to take place via email. If you wish, we can set up a call for the beginning of the project, but after that, it will be most efficient to go back and forth via email. If that’s not for you, we probably won’t be a good fit.
The reasonable time of completion for this project will be 7 days from the time of initial payment and notice of intent to work together. This will LARGELY depend on you having your content ready and having a decent idea of where you want to go with the project. If you have no idea what you’re looking for, if you have no content, or if you are difficult to get a hold of during the project, this timeline will extend. In the event that the project goes beyond 7 days, you will be billed a retainer fee of $500/week so that we can continue to make your project a priority.
You are responsible for domain purchase and hosting. They are not included in the total. If you need help taking care of these things, we’ll be happy to do that at your cost.
Once the site officially launches, you may opt to purchase monthly maintenance and security monitoring services from us, so that you will not ever have to worry about the technical side of your website and can focus on your website. This is not included and is an optional, pay service.
